These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of LeadZapp. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms on behalf of yourself and your organization.
You are responsible for your account, for keeping credentials secure, and for all activity under your workspace. You must provide accurate information and be authorized to bind your organization.
Your use must comply with our Acceptable Use Policy and all applicable laws, including anti-spam and data-protection laws governing your outreach.
You retain all rights to the data you input and the leads generated in your workspace. You grant us a limited license to process it solely to provide the service. Our handling is governed by the Privacy Policy and DPA.
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance and factors outside our control (including third-party provider limits) may affect runs.
LeadZapp, its software, and its branding are owned by Zamorins Tech. These terms grant no rights to our IP except the limited right to use the service.
The service is provided "as is." To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Lead data is provided for business outreach and is not guaranteed to be complete or error-free.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
You may cancel at any time. We may suspend or terminate for breach of these terms. On termination, your data is handled per the Privacy Policy and DPA.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Iowa, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
