Acceptable Use Policy

1. Purpose

This policy defines acceptable use of LeadZapp. It exists to keep the platform safe, lawful, and reliable for everyone.

2. Prohibited uses

• Any unlawful, fraudulent, or deceptive activity.
• Harassment, hate, or targeting of individuals rather than businesses.
• Attempting to breach security, access other tenants' data, or disrupt the service.
• Reverse-engineering, reselling, or white-labeling the service without authorization.

3. Outreach compliance

You are responsible for ensuring your outreach complies with applicable laws, including CAN-SPAM, CASL, GDPR and ePrivacy. LeadZapp delivers data; it does not send messages on your behalf, and lawful sending is your responsibility.

4. Data sourcing

The platform sources business-contact information from permitted providers and public signals, and validates LinkedIn URLs by format only. You must not use LeadZapp to harvest personal (non-business) contact data or to bypass third-party terms.

5. Platform abuse

Do not attempt to exceed plan quotas through automation, share credentials to circumvent seat limits, or place excessive load intended to degrade the service for others.

6. Enforcement
