1. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you.
• Correct inaccurate data.
• Delete your data ("right to be forgotten").
• Port your data to another provider.
• Restrict or object to certain processing.
• Withdraw consent at any time.

2. How to exercise them

Account owners can export or delete workspace data from Settings → Data & privacy in the app. You can also email [email protected] and we will verify your identity before acting.

3. Data we process

We process account data as a controller and lead data as a processor on your behalf. See the Privacy Policy and DPA for details.

4. CCPA specifics

California residents have the right to know what personal information is collected, to request deletion, and to opt out of sale. We do not sell personal information. We will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights.

5. Response times

We respond to verified requests within the timeframes required by applicable law (generally within 30–45 days), and will let you know if we need an extension.
